  • Door-to-Door Auto Transport
  • State-to-State Auto Transport

The specific services provided, transportation responsibilities, and contractual obligations will be identified in the customer’s booking confirmation or transportation agreement.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Transportation quotes are based on information provided by the customer, including vehicle type, size, condition, pickup location, delivery destination, preferred dates, and selected shipping method.

A quote does not guarantee transportation availability or establish a confirmed booking unless expressly accepted under the applicable booking process.

Prices may change before booking confirmation because of changes in transportation requirements, carrier availability, route conditions, or other relevant factors.

Any additional charges must be disclosed in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

4. Booking and Scheduling

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when requesting transportation services.

Pickup and delivery dates may be estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed in a written agreement.

Scheduling may be affected by weather, traffic, road closures, equipment problems, carrier availability, and other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Customers will be informed of material scheduling changes in accordance with their transportation agreement.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for preparing their vehicles for transportation.

This includes:

  • Providing accurate vehicle details and disclosing modifications or mechanical problems.
  • Removing prohibited and unsecured personal belongings.
  • Ensuring the vehicle is accessible for pickup and delivery.
  • Providing working keys and any required documentation.
  • Arranging for an authorized person to be present for pickup and delivery.
  • Reviewing vehicle inspection records and transportation documents.

Customers must disclose whether a vehicle is inoperable before confirming transportation.

6. Vehicle Pickup and Delivery

Door-to-door transportation is subject to safe and lawful access.

Large vehicle carriers may be unable to enter narrow streets, restricted roads, gated communities, or other inaccessible locations.

Where necessary, an alternative nearby pickup or delivery location may be arranged with the customer.

The customer or an authorized representative should inspect the vehicle during pickup and delivery and review the applicable Bill of Lading or condition report.

7. Personal Belongings

Customers should remove personal belongings and valuables before vehicle pickup.

Items left inside a vehicle may be restricted under carrier policies and may not be covered by applicable cargo insurance.

Vehicle Matrix Transport is not responsible for personal belongings except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

8. Insurance and Vehicle Condition

Insurance coverage and responsibility for vehicle damage depend on the actual transportation arrangement, applicable carrier policies, contractual terms, and governing law.

Customers should request information about the transporting carrier’s insurance coverage before shipment.

Vehicle Matrix Transport does not represent that all damage or loss will automatically be covered.

Customers should document the vehicle’s condition before pickup and inspect it promptly upon delivery.

Any damage or loss claim should be reported using the procedures specified in the applicable transportation documents.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Payments

Payment amounts, due dates, accepted payment methods, and any applicable fees will be specified during the booking process or in the transportation agreement.

Customers are responsible for paying charges they have authorized under the applicable agreement.

Payment disputes should be reported promptly using the contact information provided on this page.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation eligibility, fees, and refund terms depend on the confirmed booking agreement and the status of transportation arrangements.

Customers should review the cancellation and refund terms presented before confirming a shipment.

Any refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and governing consumer protection laws.

11. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Vehicle transportation may be affected by circumstances such as severe weather, road closures, accidents, mechanical problems, or government restrictions.

Vehicle Matrix Transport will address delays according to the applicable service agreement and legal obligations.

Estimated delivery dates should not be treated as guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
